They do not return or exchange November 17, 2006
I bought the Alexander sweatshirt. The quality is substandard. The shoulders are off and the product is basically irregular! Although the company's statement shows that they accept returns and exchanges, after I received the item, I discovered that they do not either exchange or return because the item is considered a personal item (despite the fact that they have these items in stock).
