Wool Socks February 13, 2008 Elizabeth A. Snyder (NYC) These socks are wonderful. My husband suffered from severe athlete's foot. He needed socks that would keep his feet completely dry and these socks do the job. In cold weather they keep his feet warm, but in any weather they wick all the moisture away from his feet. The only problem is that my sons keep borrowing them and I have to buy more. They are also very nice-looking with dress clothes, and they do not bag or fall down.
Happy That I Switched February 1, 2008 Sock Hunter (China) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I purchased these socks after my Lands End ones ALL developed holes at the heel. Therefore, I was a bit concerned when I first opened the order and found thinner socks than my last ones. I was anticipating holes again and that they would fall below my calves in a matter of weeks. However, it's been several months and so far so good. They are keeping their shape well and are not as hot as the Lands End variety.
Good socks, but a bit thin January 22, 2008 D. Laks 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
These are decent, comfortable socks. However, they are on the thin side. I have not had a chance to wear them in extremely cold weather (<20 F), but so far, they have served me fine.
I'm wearing them now. January 15, 2008 Allen Sliwinski 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
These socks are comfortable, and they stay up where they belong. I haven't owned them long enough to comment on endurance.
What to do when your son's steal all your socks January 8, 2008 M. Berman (Chicago) My son's have a habit of shopping for socks in my drawer. This is an inexpensive way to replenish thier supply. Gold toe is reasonable quality and the shipping was fast.
