Sleeping Through the Night September 14, 2008 My baby is 3 1/2 months old and this is hands down the best baby item I have, I just wish someone had told me about it sooner! When my baby was 1 month old, I bought this item after determining that a person cannot live on 5 hours of sleep a night...and shouldn't have to! Also, it is so much easier than trying to swaddle w/a blanket! Thanks to this product, my baby awakens happy and refreshed after 8-11 hours of sound sleep and my sanity has been restored! I am on my second one because he outgrew the first one and this will forever be one of the first gifts I buy for all my friends who are expecting!!!
Not for my babyMy September 2, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
My baby boy (3 months) has always hated being tightly swaddled and he has to have his arms out, so this was really not useful at all for us. I also noticed some of the stitching coming apart after only the second time trying to wrap him it in. Not very good quality!
Love it! August 11, 2008 We have used this since day 1 for our baby at night - it is quick, easy, and good quality. We used to use it wrapped tightly to help her sleep, and now for extra warmth when needed... MUCH easier in the middle of the night than swaddeling her in a blanket!
Works great! July 22, 2008 These blankets are great! They keep my son swaddled and happy - we have tried so many blankets and swaddlers and this is one of the only kinds out of which he can't wiggle. The cotton fabric is nice and stretchy, and it's much cheaper than the Halo Sleepsack swaddler. The small size was perfect from birth until 2 months (11 pounds), after which we upgraded to the larger size. You do want to be careful and not overdress your baby if using one of these since my baby gets pretty warm in it.
Good, but I've had better! May 26, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We bought this swaddler, along with the miracle blanket. Even though the miracle blanket is more expensive, we believe it works better and we will be able to use it longer. The Swaddle me cotton swaddler is very small and it does stretch, but our baby will outgrow it quickly. It also is hard to get the swaddle just right, because if you make it super tight, it seems too tight, but otherwise the baby's hands come out of it easily.
