Great but... January 8, 2009 Eman Gomaa (NJ,USA) These are good and they work with everything from the digital cam to the video game controllers abut for some reason some of them just go bad I wonder if it's because of recharging without consuming all the charge first, the charger should've had a release button to empty all the charge first before recharging.
Great batteries December 17, 2008 G. Ramirez (critiCali.... son!) Work great... last as long as alkalines. I use them inside my P.C.s wireless keyboard and mouse, and charge them about every two months. Sony makes great stuff, give them a shot.
Stale batteries don't hold a charge December 16, 2008 P. Wallace 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I was looking forward to a fresh pack of Sony's 2500 mAh AA Rechargeable Nimh Batteries as I had used Sony's 2500 and 2700 mAh AA Rechargeable Nimh Batteries with my Canon A710 IS in the past with excellent results. These batteries are usually fantastic and feature a high energy density and long lifespan, but not the latest pack I received in the mail. This latest pack won't hold a charge for more than 2 days (even without use) and can't seem to take more than a dozen pictures before the dead battery warning starts flashing and the camera shuts itself down. This is in stark contrast to the last pack I purchased that would hold a charge for 2 weeks and easily take 100+ pictures between charges. Needless to say, I'm more disappointed in the vendor than I am Sony as I know Sony can make a great rechargeable battery. Caveat Emptor, my friends.
Great batteries December 9, 2008 Globetrotter (Redwood City, CA) These batteries are great. I use them in my Garmin 60CSX GPS and they last all day. When I get home I recharge them immediately with a Lacrosse BC-700 charger. This charger shows you how much Ah you put back in the battery. Highly recommended.
Great Rechargeables November 30, 2008 J. Hall (Minneapolis, MN, USA) A couple of years back, I purchased the Sony BCG-34HE charger so that I had a road warrior rechargeable battery system that could go anywhere in the world with any electrical system. It came with two AA and two AAA 2500mAH batteries. A couple of weeks ago, I got a new laptop mouse that requires two AA batteries, so I wanted some additional batteries so that I always have fresh charged ones. These batteries are the best because they power things a lot longer than other rechargeables. The AAAs I use in my travel alarm clock and these batteries power that for about 9 months. A single AA powered my old laptop mouse for about a month of hard use. I'm getting about a month of hard use out of my new mouse.
