The customer is responsible for installing the replacement unit (which will either be a new or reconditioned unit, at Sony's discretion) and returning the defective equipment to Sony within five business days. Sony provides a pre-paid self-addressed label in the replacement equipment's shipping container for the customer's use when returning the defective unit.
