I am American and married to a Bulgarian. This Feta is the real deal. It is fresh and crumbly and delicious. It is packed in brine (salt water), which makes it salty to the taste and goes perfectly with Ajvar (Amazon carries it) which is a sweet red pepper paste and fresh bread. Also try Imambelde which is an eggplant appetizer like an Italian Caponata. I always keep some on hand for guests and they love it.
