Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Brie has been made in Canada since the French colonization. This classic, tastebud-seducing cheese is always the first to disappear from the cheese plate. Perfected over the years, this brie easily stands up against its transatlantic cousin. Rich, supple and downright tasty.
  • Made from cow's milk.
  • Certified Kosher- Tablet K.
  • Best enjoyed within seven days of delivery.
  • Whole form is 2.2 lbs.

Customer Reviews:

2 out of 5 stars The Mediocrity of American Brie   November 1, 2007
James Pohl (Alexandria, MN USA)
This brie is as good or better than any brie that can be purchased in this country (The US), but it pales in comparison with a real Brie de Meaux made with un-pasteurized milk that one can buy in countries unaffected by raw-milk phobia. Probably a 4 on a scale of 1-10.

5 out of 5 stars Perfect for Baked Brie   August 31, 2007
Bethany L. Weaver (Chattanooga, TN)
I made two large baked bries for a party my husband and I threw. These worked beautifully. There were no scraps left!

5 out of 5 stars Le Brie equals amazing.   September 6, 2006

Although I've only had Le Brie once, I'm in love. This has to be one of the best cheeses in the world. There is simply no doubt about it. Although the outside looks rough the inside is so soft and smooth and has this taste that makes all other cheeses bow down to it. Le Brie has to be the best.
