Most protein bars taste like flavored chalk. These taste more like a candy bar. They come in two types: Caramel peanut which is like a snickers and chocolate caramel which is like a chocolate cookies and creme. They each give you 30 grams of protein which really helps you get through the morning or late afternoon with something good for you rather than just sugar. The only problem is you should have them delivered next day during the summer or 2nd day other times of the year. If they are exposed to heat they go bad quickly and start to taste like the other protein bars.
