The BEST pancakes and easy too! August 30, 2008
This mix makes the BEST pancakes, GF or not! I don't buy any other kind any more because the whole family likes Pamela's so much. I have to triple the recipe because everyone comes along and starts eating them as soon as I get them off the griddle. When there are leftovers, they taste good re-heated but I will often eat a cold one while waiting for the ones in the microwave. They taste so good, I usually don't even use butter on them, just some syrup and a little honey.
There are other recipes on the bag, but so far I have not tried any. After reading some of the other reviews I think I just might try the scones or cookies recipes soon. ;-)
The large 3-bag case is a more economical option than most, though the 6-bag case is priced fair too.
I definitly recommend this product for anyone following the gluten free diet or not!

My son, who would have a serious shot at a World's Fussiest Eater title, says my pancakes are better than his dad's AND grammy's. This child will not try things he doesn't think he will like. He usually also knows when I am trying to fool him; for example, he picked out the two slivers of chicken breast I snuck in with his drumstick meat this summer. He can't get enough of the pancakes made from this mix.

The waffles, pancakes, and scones for this product are awesome! They taste better than any gluten filled waffle, pancake, or scone I have had. Easy to make and taste wonderful!
