I used this wax on a travel guitar as recommended by the manufacturer (Martin). The wood on the guitar has an open grain to it, and I was afraid the wax would get stuck in the grain making the entire guitar look terrible. But, that did not happen. It softens quickly, went on very easily and buffed up to a nice satin sheen.
I would have given it 5 stars, but I have no idea how long it's going to hold up or what's going to happen when the guitar gets rained on. That said, the wax gets excellent reviews on other web sites so I feel pretty confident.

I just received the item but only got one can. Home & Beyond (Polsteins) refuses to send the other 5 and blames it on a typo. But their own invoice shows they should have shipped 6 cans.
