5 out of 5 stars Good Lord!   December 12, 2008
Jen4Real (United States)
This bleu cheese is so good that I have been dreaming about it for the last month. My husband and I tasted it at a chocolate and wine tasting event we went to in November, and seriously, it is unbelievable. We were making up lies to get more of it. I just ordered some for our various holiday family get togethers and am so excited to share this amazing cheese with my love ones . . .that is if we don't gorge ourselves on it when it arrives! I hope I can find fruit that is good enough to serve with it!

The Amablu; St. Pete's Select Gift Pack is the best Bleu Cheese that I have eaten in many years. The quality is superb and the dealings with the company are first class.

I will definitely purchase cheese from Amablu again.

5 out of 5 stars Best blue cheese ever!!!!!   August 31, 2008

This is the smoothest, tastiest blue cheese I've ever tasted. It's good to eat by itself, on crackers, etc... I used to have blue cheese in a salad only ... not the case with this awesome blue cheese ... so super smooth, I eat it all by itself. I have all my friends and family addicted to it now also!

5 out of 5 stars Top of the Line Blue   November 8, 2005

Our family has a number of blue cheese fans going back 50+ years and we are always checking out new sources. Right now we are in general agreement St. Pete's is the best overall we've eaten. It has a smooth consistency, the taste is superb and the quality has not varied over the several years we have been ordering. You can't miss with this choice.

strongest and sharpest I've tasted yet. If you find one stronger, let me know. Only Roquefort is stronger.
