Xlear contains Xylitol, a naturally occurring substance that inhibits the attachment of infection-causing bacteria. Xlear helps the nose wash away bacteria, pollens, dander, molds, allergens and other irritants that cause nasal congestion. Suggested Use Use as often as needed, or as directed by a physician for the relief of nasal irritation. For best results, use at least twice daily. Insert tip of nozzle into nostril; seal off the other nostril and squeeze the bottle quickly and firmly while inhaling through the nose. Repeat two or three times in each nostril.
