5 out of 5 stars Can't live without this!!!   August 9, 2008
K. Moser (Texas USA)
My daughter is 4 years old and has ADHD. Before melatonin, she would get out of bed at least 10 times before passing out on the floor. Bedtime was a nightmare for the whole family and she would be impossible to wake up the next morning. Some of her behavior problems were a result of not getting enough sleep. Our pediatric psychiatrist recommended we use melatonin and what a miracle!!! She is sleepy within 30 minutes of taking less than a full dropper of liquid melatonin. She goes to bed without a struggle and wakes up rested the next morning. We truly can not live without this-it has help so much.

4 out of 5 stars Can't sleep? This might work.   July 18, 2008
Jack Dupp
If you have trouble getting to sleep at night, this just might be what you need. Because it's liquid, it goes to work much faster than a pill. I usually feel drowsy within 20-30 minutes of taking it. Excellent alternative to prescription sleep aids for some.

5 out of 5 stars Best sleep aid - Melatonin   July 3, 2008
Lenci (SILVER SPRING, MARYLAND United States)
This product really works. My son was having sleeping problems and his doctor recommended it to him. The instructions state to take medication at least 20 minutes before bedtime. You start to feel sleepy as soon as you take it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

4 out of 5 stars Works very well   July 3, 2008
M. Moses
Immediately helped me get to sleep, the only problem is that the dropper would not always take in a full amount as the fluids got lower. This led to some 'guesswork' as to where four droppers (as instructed by the labeling) were. Other than that, works as intended.

5 out of 5 stars Improved sleep and behaviour on my Autistic son   June 16, 2008
Wilfredo M. Viray (Orange County, CA)
After giving this to my autistic son, his behaviour, sleep and compliance started to improve. He actually looks more relaxed. He has just started to initiate conversation. Melatonin affects individuals differently, so start with a very low dose like 300mcg, then adjust from there. As for long term use, there have been studies that have shown that if you develop tolerance, you just need to stop taking it for a few days. Liquid melatonin is the only way I can give it to my son as he cannot swallow tablets. I add it to his soy milk. He takes it without a problem. Autistic individuals have low levels of melatonin so supplementation makes a lot of sense. He has been on it for 3 months now, with nothing but positive results. It is like the cloud in his brain is slowly lifting.
