this is a wonderful product. It is an extract of lemon balm leaf. the herb is otherwise called melissa officinalis. i use it for headaches and irritability since it helps neutralize the adrenaline rush during stress and unsettling conditions. it is also helpful for sleep due to the same properties. It can be used alone or with valerian root and/or theanine for all purposes described.
