5 out of 5 stars rThe Lighthouse For The Blind NYNY: A PRESENT   September 27, 2008
Lois Forman (NYNY USA)
The Sanford 20/20 pen was given to me.
It is way superior to the Sharpie..finer point, bold & DOES NOT BLEED thru the paper. It is easily found due to it's BRIGHT white color.
Due to advanced macular degeneration,, this pen serves me best.

5 out of 5 stars The only one she can see   January 11, 2007
J. Fine (Old Greenwich, CT United States)
My mother is losing her vision due to macular degeneration. The 20/20 pen's bold line is the only one she can still see easily. It doesn't bleed through paper the way a bold Sharpie does.

3 out of 5 stars A bold line   December 1, 2006
A. Stauder (United States)
This pen offers a great bold line compared to flairs, but a student should stock up on these pens if relying on them to take class notes. Unfortunately even pens made for the visually impaired cost a lot.

I was very disappointed in this pen. I heard is was more like a ink pen but to me I could of bought a Flair marker, since that what its more like. That way I could of saved some money!!!
