As mentioned above, the ring is gorgeous. Definitely scored points with the lady. Customer service was responsive; I actually spoke to a real person who answered my questions without having to wade through 4 hours of automated menus. Ring was received before it's scheduled arrival date, which is a first. Only beef is that the pictures are slightly misleading, is very small and delicate, the stone is pretty tiny. Worked out fine for me because my girl has slender hands, but might come as a shock to some. Overall excellent purchasing experience.
