Product Description The Laugh and Learn Puppy is a cuddly play pal for your baby that combines two modes of play -- learning mode and music games -- with 10 delightful songs. In Learning Mode, six hot spots on the puppy teach your child A-Z, body parts and colors through fun phrases and songs. Then, switch to Game Mode for fun phrases and songs, including the Alphabet Song, a color song, a counting song and a song that teaches body parts. In Game Mode, kids can also enjoy six additional songs that encourage interaction: Head Shoulders Knees and Toes, Oh Where Has My Little Dog Gone, Pat-a-Cake, This Little Piggy, This Old Man and Bingo. Provides hours of interactive enjoyment. Requires three "AA" batteries (included).

One of the Happiest Toys There Is! November 8, 2008 My sister-in-law bought this for our daughter when she was only a few months old... she instantly took to it... eyes sparkling and and limbs wiggling with glee every time we pushed one of its buttons.
As I write this, I am hearing my daughter, who is now 2 1/4 years old, singing with her puppy from her bedroom... it is a great comfort to her as she falls asleep.
It is still on its first set of batteries, two years later, and is still going strong!
Since this toy was such a hit with her, for the past two years at Christmas, I have made it a point to buy one of these and donate it to the Salvation Army's toy drive. It makes my happy to think of the joy some other child will have for years to come with their new puppy!
No one can break, learn from, or have more fun with a toy that make's this much NOISE!!! November 2, 2008 I bought this for my daughter when she was barely 5 months old, and not even her father gets annoyed with all the sininging dancing, etc., that she asks him to constantly do with her!! Buy this my daughter learns something new from it everyday!
One of the best October 29, 2008 My daughter got this when she was 6 months old and she played with it until about a year ago. She's now four. Its so cute, cheery and cuddly. And she loved the songs it sang and the little noises it made when she poked its nose or belly. Its educational as well, teaching colors and body parts - but mostly its just a super cute toy.
Learning puppy October 28, 2008 My granddaughter loves the fisher price laugh and learn puppy. I purchased this for her 1st birthday so I am sure she will get more out of it as time goes on. I would reccomend this learning toy.
We love it! October 24, 2008 My daughter and I are in love with this toy!
I was SO lucky recently to find this toy in a thrift shop for FIFTY CENTS in perfect condition! However, knowing now how much my one-year-old loves it I would pay double the list price to get it!
Some people complain about how easily the buttons activate but I think that is a major plus because babies have trouble pressing less sensitive buttons. I know my daughter has similar toys that she still has trouble activating.
There are buttons all over the toy's body, they have many different responses and tons of songs. My little girl carries him around by his ears and dances to his songs. I'm even falling a little in love with him when he says sweet things like "I love you," "You're my friend," "Hug me!"
My 17-month-old nephew got this when he was 5 months old and my brother says he basically ignores it because he's had it so long. Maybe he'll take a renewed interest in it, I dunno. This is toy is now my one-year-old's best friend and I don't see her losing interest anytime soon.
